The Best Chocolate Muffins: Easy Steps to Bake

Last week I went to Costco, and my son asked me to buy chocolate muffins. I thought, “I can make those!” So I did. I’m a chocolate lover. And I very much enjoy rich chocolate flavor. I don’t enjoy the fake chocolate taste. These muffins ARE moist. But when they’re ready, the toothpick will come out clean. Unless you hit a piece of chocolate like I did the first time.

I am an Amazon affiliate, and I do recommend this muffin pan. It’s ceramic. And great with being non-stick. It does take special treatment to keep it running mint. But I think it’s worth it and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg: https://amzn.to/4pgYARt I used it to bake these muffins. They baked evenly, and I didn’t have to add any sprays to cause the pan to be nonstick.
