Mix all of your ingredients in the bowl with your hands.
Turn your cast-iron pan to low to medium heat for 30 seconds. Then add some olive oil to the bottom of the pan.
Form your patty with your hands and place it onto the pan. Fill your pan with the patties you've formed.
Allow the first side to cook for approximately 10-12 minutes. Then flip it to the other side.
Allow the second side to cook for another 9-12 minutes. Then flip once more.
If you plan on melting cheese on the patty, add it now. Allow that to cook for another 3-6 minutes.
Assemble your burger and enjoy!
