Get your water to a boil in a pot.
Add your lemon skins, sugar, and strawberries, and allow that to boil for 3-4 minutes while mixing. This will allow the sugar to dissolve.
Turn off the heat and allow this to sit for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove the fruit and lemon rinds from the pot. Add the squeezed lemon juice to the pot.
Allow this to stand until cooled enough to pour into a pitcher. Then place that pitcher in your fridge to cool down further.
Optional: Serve with some ice and some sliced strawberries. Enjoy!
