  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 Onion
  • 2 Carrots Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Frozen Sweet Corn
  • 2 quarts/liters Chicken Stock
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Curry
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes If you want it a little spicy
  • 4 blocks Ramen Noodles

Method

  1. Add your pot to your stove and turn the heat to medium. Add olive oil and butter.
  2. Chop up your onion and add to cook for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and chop your carrots.
  3. Add your carrots to the pot and mix. Allow those to cook for 2-4 minutes. Chop your cabbage in the meantime.
  4. Add your cabbage to the pot and mix. Allow that to cook while mincing your garlic. Allow that to cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add your corn and all of the seasonings to the pot and allow that to cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  6. Add the stock to the pot and bring the heat level to high. Allow it to come to a boil.
  7. Once it's boiling, add the noodles to the pot. Allow those to cook according to the instructions on the packet. (Mine says 5-8 minutes.)
