Chicken Kotleti

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 4 Slices Bread Sandwich Bread
  • 1/2 Onion Finely shredded
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • Olive Oil For cooking

Equipment

  • 1 Cast Iron Skillet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Prep your onion by shredding it on the zester side. Allow all of the juice to pour down into your medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add the rest of your ingredients to that bowl.
  4. Mix everything with your hands until everything is fully incorporated.
  5. Add your cast iron to the stove top. Turn to low/medium heat and add your oil.
  6. Shape each kotleti one at a time. Making them about 4 inches by 3 inches. And add each one to your cast-iron pan as you go.
  7. Cook each patty about 15-20 minutes per side.
  8. Place the pan into your oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat. Allow to cool and enjoy!

Notes

I used whole wheat sandwich bread. You're free to use whatever you like best.
